Monica grew up in Northwest Indiana and graduated with a BS degree from Purdue University in 1994. She moved to Ashtabula County in 2002 and started her career in healthcare in 2005. She has been the Administrator of the Ashtabula County Nursing & Rehab Center since February, 2008. |
